Well i believe these bad reviews. I walked in to get a price for just front brakes replacement. Brakes pads are 90bucks if i buy them and those are the best. He quoted me 288.00. So 190 bucks for labor. But he tells me that they dont warrant the pads if you dont buy rotors too. Right on their website it says if rotors are needed they will advise you. But my rotors are fine, so there's a scam right there. Why dont you turn rotors down anymore, thats sheer laziness dont blame it on oh were not allowed anymore safety issues. There is a certain amount that they can turn before they can say no and then you'd have to buy new rotors. So id understand if i really needed rotors then id say OK charge me but im in there just asking for pads. Omg what's with today's workforce

Please don’t go to Midas ever! Especially this one (14965 Snow Rd Brook Park, OH) for your cars sake and the sake of your bank account. Took my my car in for a simple AC recharge $200+ (which already is a rip off) and the tech checked my coolant by taking the cap off but didn’t securely replace the cap, I then drove the car home and the pressure built up and because the cap wasn’t securely tightened all the way, coolant sprayed everywhere smoke came shooting out from under the hood, stopped at a family dollar and damn near flooded the whole parking lot with all the coolant that was pouring out. Now the engine light keeps flashing and the car has a rough idle because of the hot coolant spraying all over the engine. Talked to the manager Logan and he said it’s not their fault even though when it originally happened he said to me they “we were the last ones to touch the coolant cap (even showed me the video of the tech removing the cap) and that they’re responsible for it” but now a couple days later I call them about it and suddenly it’s not their fault? I never had a problem with the car had it for 3 years always been reliable I take it to Midas one time literally the only time I’v

I don’t live in the area, but had to stop because my car overheated and wasn’t safe to drive. They got me in for a long service even though it might push them late on a Saturday and they didn’t know us. I need my van for my kids and my work and was able to get home because they helped us. Edit: The car was good for about 24 hours, then overheated again. We took it to Solon Midas who said the install of the new radiator was fine but it wasn’t flushed properly and it overheated again. They fixed it. Still good service, but seems like they missed the last tiny bit.

Went to have my spare tire looked at because it had a slow leak. Waited in a nice spacious waiting room. Got some strong fresh hot coffee. Sat for about 10 minutes and they were done. Nice Gentlemen. Thank You for your work.
